Questions about plans
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing renews after that.
- What happens to my forms if I go back to Free?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep every form and response; you just can't add new forms until you're within the Free limits.
- Do the people filling my forms need to pay?
- No. Anyone with a share link can fill your form for free, without an account.
- Which payment methods can I use?
- Cards and the usual wallets, through our payment partner, which also handles VAT. Prices are in euro.
